• People v. S.B. - CLIENT FOUND NOT GUILTY ON ALL CHARGES
  Client was charged with multiple felony offenses in County Court via indictment. In a case that received considerable press coverage, the client was accused of stealing money from an employer by allegedly working a second job while earning pay from the employer. The client professed innocence and fired a previous attorney who did not believe in her innocence. Mr. Reddy believed in his client and crafted a winning trial strategy, which led to complete victory in Court, and the retention of the client's pension.


• People v. J.D. - CLIENT FOUND NOT GUILTY ON ALL CHARGES
  Via County Court indictment, the client was charged with multiple felony counts concerning the sale of guns to undercover police officers. In a case that exhibited all the signs of a slam-dunk prosecution victory, Mr. Reddy was able to achieve a complete acquittal. Mr. Reddy attacked the accuracy of the undercover police identification, and utilized a private investigator to illustrate, through photographs and testimony, that the back-up officers were not in a position to make trustworthy identifications. Additionally, Mr. Reddy tirelessly pursued evidence from out-of-state that established a cogent alibi, which was credited by the jury.

  Client was charged in justice court. She was adamant that she did nothing wrong, and turned down all offers of compromise from the prosecution. Instead of pressuring her to take a deal, as many attorneys would, Mr. Reddy supported her decision to take the case to trial and worked with her to develop a winning strategy.


• People v. R.V. – CLIENT FOUND NOT GUILTY ON ALL CHARGES
  Client was charged in justice court. Multiple witnesses accused client of assault and related conduct, while the client insisted that he acted in self-defense. Mr. Reddy presented the self-defense claim to the Court and defeated the prosecution on all counts.
