The Nyack Justice Court is located at 9 North Broadway, Nyack, New York. They can be reached at 845-358-4464 Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Justice Court occurs every Tuesday at Village Hall from 5pm to 6:30pm and every Thursday from 9:30am to 10:30am, excepting court holidays. Robert Knoebel, Jr. presides over the Nyack Justice Court as the Village Justice. Other members include Stephen Mulvaney, the Chief Court Clerk, and Walter Sevastian, the Village Attorney.
